For Katie Holmes, being in the news is no unusual thing. However, she seems to have been in the news a lot more recently, due to the change in her hairstyle, rather than her unusual relationship with the actor, Tom Cruise.
Following in Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham's footsteps, Katie Holmes has gone for the all out bob, with a little more length of course, and critics say it is all down to the request of her now husband, Tom Cruise. 
She has been well known to change her hair a lot, but since her relationship with Tom started, she seems to have grown from a relaxed girl, to a strong willed and smart lady, but is it all to please her man?
Fortunately, for Katie, all of her hairstyles have worked well on her petite face, whether it be the sharp medium length bob she went for, or the long wavy locks she used to sport, and high maintenance up-do's tend to be somewhat of a favorite for red carpet occasions.
However, it is all for the sake of her, much older, husband? Has she been made to appear as something she is not, or has she just blossomed from a free-spirited young lady into a much classier, much more high maintenance version of herself?
