Victoria Beckam keeps changing her hairstyles and they suit her immensely. She has been sporting a layered look. For this she has gone completely bleach blonde with just a few hints of brown on the sides. To get this look, simply apply some strengthening cream and blow dry your hair. Using a round brush, tease all your hair under and layer it.

Now she has just cut her long hair and gone in for a bob cut with more style and jazz. It now has been aptly renamed the pob. It’s actually a bob cut with that is angled and is graduating at the back and has long textured layered front. In fact the hairstyle has undergone several changes and tweaking by Victoria herself. When she wore the hairstyle for the first time, it was more in the mould of the classic bob, (short in the back and long from the front). Now the look has more of a graduated shag in the back with long textured layers in the front.

Many more celebrities such as Katie Holmes have also adopted the look and are looking really great in the pob. The best part about bob is that it can be customized to suit the facial features of women easily.
